Step 1: Before returning a product, kindly complete our Contact Form to get in touch with our Customer Service (If you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return)
In the Order ID section, kindly indicate the order number.

Step 2: Once our Customer Service team has responded to you with the Returns Address for your region, kindly pack the product(s) in its original packaging securely in any box of your choice and indicate the order number on the package and invoice (if available).
Step 3: Mail the package(s) and respond to Customer Service with the tracking details.

Step 4: Most returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
